It s basically a situation where an NGO starts its operation with some objectives but over the period of time say Two or Three years it changes its core Objectives with some other objectives. This situation arises due to various reasons, some of them are:-
- NGO Founders find its more attractive because of which they changes objectives.
- Sometime when an NGO gets famous, govt or some corporates wants that NGO to focus on particular segment because of this also some NGO changes its objectives.
- NGO founders facing difficulties in raising funds in some segments because of which they also changes its objectives.
The greatest impact of this is that CSR found these type of NGO a bit confusing and tends to avoid grant CSR Funds to these type of NGO.
